Project Development
Project Development sits on and advises Project Planning Committees regarding the financial and implementation framework on which a major capital project will be based producing a preliminary total project cost estimate prior to the approval of the project.
Project Development manages and participates in the selection process for architects and other professions. Sets up the appropriate selection committee and implements the selection process.
Working with the Capital Projects, the client and Planning staff, Project Development co-ordinates the launch of the project throughout the design phase, ensuring the scope and budget of the project conform to the approved plan.
