Design & Engineering
Design and Engineering provides professional Architectural and Engineering services to a wide variety of clients, both Administrative and Academic, throughout the University. Essentially, we act as a full service in-house Architectural/Engineering office. At the front end, we assist our clients in establishing project feasibility, scope and budget. Once a project has been approved we then prepare the design and construction documents and, working with Project Management, administer the construction contract through to project completion. Having worked on so many of the University’s buildings we have developed a familiarity with, and an awareness of, ‘historical’ issues with the often unique building systems that are to be found across the campus.
